Meet Christy

Christy was born and raised in southeastern Idaho and graduated from Snake River High School.  She attended college in California, graduating with an Associates Degree. When she returned to Idaho, she continued her education by taking  technical courses through the University of Idaho exchange program.

Christy is married to her best friend, Bryant.  They love the traveling life in their fifth wheel and enjoy spending a great deal of time at the Barzee Family Homestead in Birch Creek.  They have spent some of their winters in Nevada before building their current home which they share with their very special cat, Gracie.  Entertainment comes in many different forms including watching the hummingbirds’ fly from one feeder to the next! It’s an endless source of entertainment at the Barzee household.

Christy and Bryant find much enjoyment riding their side-by-side.  Christy rediscovered her love of horses with Jasper, her Missouri FoxTrotter, spending as much time as possible outdoors.

If she is not on her horse or supporting her husband’s musical passion, you will find her at her children’s, grandkids’, nieces’, nephews or friends’ events, including hockey, motocross, football, basketball, lemonade stands, etc.. It doesn't matter what it is, she will be there supporting those she loves.

In the winter when the weather is frightful she spends time in her craft room. She enjoys making personalized gifts to give away.  One of her joys in life is making others smile or laugh.
