Meet Brooke

Brooke is a Rocky Mountain Native, being born and raised in South Ogden Utah. She is married, has four sons and loves the outdoors. Hiking, camping, skiing, boating, traveling are all things she enjoys in her active life.

She also loves the more subtle side of life. She is a massage therapist, craniosacral therapist, yoga teacher, and general student of all things mediative and contemplative. Life is for living - so live it deeply. Love it even more.

She works as a part time receptionist here at Wholesome because she loves wellness and wants to be a part of an awesome organization that promotes health and healing!
