Completed new patient forms and a list of current medications and medical conditions

While we want to be accommodating to our patients, we equally have to respect our staff’s time as well as our other patients. For this reason, we do not accept any patients later than 10 minutes after their scheduled time. 

For Laser Hair Removal appointments, we do not accept patients any later than their exact scheduled time due to the shorter appointment times.

Because we respect the time of our staff members and other patients, we do not allow patients who No Show, No Call to reschedule until two weeks after the day they No Show.

At this time, we do not offer same day appointments. The only exception to this is walk-in’s for shots and nasal ozone. We occasionally do have same-day IV appointments, but we do not offer them consistently.

We provide the following Naturopathic and Holistic treatment services: weight loss, autoimmune, cancer, lyme, fatigue, chronic pain, inflammation, memory loss, anxiety, depression, digestive problems, sleep problems, menopause, hormones, life coaching, nutritional coaching. We also do specialty endobiogeny testing, metabolic testing, food allergy testing, stool studies, micronutrient testing, advanced cardiac panels, and environmental toxin testing.

We provide the following body contouring services: in-office liposuction, Coolsculpting, Bodytite, Facetite, BeautiFill, and weight loss classes.

We provide the following IV Therapies: Ozone IV, Myer’s cocktail, NAD, Vitamin C, Glutathione, Iron, Vitamin D, cancer support IV’s, and Immune boosting IVs.

We offer the following Injectables: Semaglutide, calm shot, slimming shot, NAD, glutathione, immune boost, botulinum toxins, dermal fillers, lip fillers, and stem-cell hair loss therapies.

We provide the following weight loss services: semaglutide injections, slimming shots, nutritional coaching, weight loss classes, hormone analysis and therapies, liposuction, Coolsculpt, Bodytite, Facetite, and BeautiFill treatments.

We provide expert, top-of-the-line laser hair removal services for body, bikini, Brazilian, underarm, and facial hair.

We provide hair loss treatments using stem cell injections to stimulate hair regrowth in areas of thinning hair.

Lip fillers add volume to the lips, while a lip flip is injections that relax the muscles around the lips.
