We are an integrative medical facility that is dedicated to providing high-quality care to our patients. We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated aestheticians, front desk receptionists, and talented interns to join our team.

Aesthetician / Master Aesthetician

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Aesthetic Services

Provide a range of aesthetic services, including facials, micro needling, laser hair removal, chemical peels, layering, and CoolSculpting.

Consultations

Consult with patients and evaluate their skin to determine their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments. Track patient's progress towards their desired goal. 

 

Sanitation

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment.

Phones & Scheduling

Answer phone calls, schedule appointments in MindBody, and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and recommend follow-up treatments.

REQUIREMENTS

Licensure

State licensure as an Aesthetician or Master Aesthetician. 

Communication

Excellent communication and customer service skills. Outgoing and friendly personality to make patients feel more comfortable. Spanish speaking preferred.

Skills

Problem solving abilities, good time management skills, and strong interpersonal skills.

Experience

Training and experience in lasers (required for master aesthetician), micro needling, facials, CoolSculpting, chemical peels, and layering.

Front Desk Receptionist

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Front Desk

Answer phone calls, check patients out through QuickBooks, and greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Scheduling

Schedule appointments in MindBody for clients and maintain the appointment calendar.

Communication

Respond to texts, questions, and requests via our electronic dashboard.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

Proficiency

Proficiency with QuickBooks, Google, and Microsoft Suites.

Communication

Excellent communication and customer service skills. Outgoing and friendly personality to make patients feel more comfortable. Spanish speaking preferred.

Skills

Good time management, analytical skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, and problem solving abilities.

Experience

Experience in scheduling appointments, answering phones, and screening calls.
